Long story short: The frontend's performance isn't quite perfect when dealing with large lists (e.g. 5000 runner cards).
To imporove performance we should implement sth like: https://github.com/Skayo/svelte-tiny-virtual-list

Not quite prio 100 but sth we should handle soon-ish.
